Broadway Brand & Design

These terms apply to all services provided by Broadway Brand & Design.

1. Scope of services

Broadway Brand & Design provides branding, design, website and digital content services as agreed in writing with the client prior to project commencement.

2. Quotes and payments

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise

• Work begins after deposit or full payment (as agreed)

• Remaining balances must be paid before final files or website transfer

We reserve the right to pause work if payment is overdue.

3. Revisions

Projects include a reasonable number of revisions appropriate to the agreed package.

Excessive or additional revisions outside scope may incur additional charges.

4. Client responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information and materials

• Respond to communication in a timely manner

• Approve stages when requested

Project timelines depend on client feedback speed.

5. Intellectual property & ownership

Upon full payment:

• Final approved designs become the client’s property

• Broadway Brand & Design retains the right to display work in portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed

Fonts and third-party assets remain subject to their original licences.

6. Cancellations

If a project is cancelled:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

• Work completed up to cancellation point may be chargeable

7. Website projects

We aim to build reliable websites but cannot guarantee:

• Search engine rankings

• Enquiry levels

• Sales performance

Clients are responsible for maintaining hosting, domain, and ongoing content unless support is agreed.

8. Liability

Broadway Brand & Design shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits

• Business interruption

• Third-party service outages

• Client misuse of delivered materials

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the project fee.

9. Support

Post-project support is provided only if agreed in writing or part of a package.

10. Acceptance

By proceeding with a project, the client confirms acceptance of these terms.
